IMPORTANT

-Units are made to order, therefore the TURNAROUND time can take up  10-15 BUSINESS DAYS.  If you pay after 5pm your order is processed the next business day.
-You have 24hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund otherwise there are NO RETURNS.

-Include your measurments (circumference, ear to ear forehead, ear to over the top, and front to nape) in the notes of your order.  Refer to the diagram.

-You will receive an email confirmation when your order is being prepared to ship

-All units come ready to wear with bleached knots, cut lace,  combs and an adjustable band. 

-No blonde highlights will be exactly the same.  Curl pattern on wavy/curly hair may vary.

-"As is" means you are purchasing an instock unit as it is.  Any adjustments may be made at a fee.

-Units that are discounted are a final sale 

-HFB uses USPS to ship.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen  packages once the order have left our hands.  $100 of insurance is included however you may purchase additional insurance at checkout which gives you full coverage.
