IMPORTANT

-Units are made to order, therefore Turnaround time can take up 2-3 weeks. You have 24hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. Once your order is placed, after 24 hours all sales are final.

-ALL units come with bleached knots, two combs and an adjustable band.  Closure units come ready to wear!

​-There are no returns accepted unless HFB determines we are at fault for an unsatisfactory result.  Aside from natural brown and jet black, no color will be exactly the same, especially highlights.

-"As is" units are just that!  You are purchasing a ready made unit as it is.  
-Units on sale are a final sale and no additional discounts may be added to an already discounted unit.

-HFB uses USPS to ship.  We are not responsible for lost/Stolen  packages once the order have left our hands.  $100 of insurance is included however you may purchase more insurance by contacting us.
