-Units are made to order, therefore Turnaround time can take up  10-15 business days. You have 24hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. 

-ALL units come with bleached knots, two combs and an adjustable band. 

​-There are no returns accepted unless HFB determines we are at fault for an unsatisfactory result.  

-No blonde highlights will be exactly the same.  Curl pattern on wavy/curly hair may vary.

-"As is" units are just that!  You are purchasing a ready made unit as it is.  

-Units on sale are a final sale 

-HFB uses USPS to ship.  We are not responsible for lost/Stolen  packages once the order have left our hands.  $100 of insurance is included however you may purchase more insurance by contacting us.
